CLUB MINUTES
You do NOT have to follow the format of the document above; it only serves as an example for those who are unfamiliar to what minutes are.
We do not need super fancy outlines or extremely specific information.
Minutes = a record of what is discussed. An outline/agenda of the meeting is what we're looking for!
Optional (if you don't have a Google account yet): Create a Google account for your club. Go to gmail.com to sign up.
4. Share this folder (give permission to view) with [email protected] ☛ Right-click Folder Name > Share
In this folder, record minutes for different meetings on individual Google Docs.
Title each document with the date of the meeting.
Make sure the documents of all meetings are saved to this folder!

- Create a new folder ☛ Create > Folder
- Name this folder 15_[ClubName]_minutes
